Project Owners further agree that they are solely responsible for:
- The legitimacy of their project
- The accuracy of marketing claims
- Compliance with financial regulations
- Communications with investors or community members
- Any financial losses suffered by users interacting with the project
Project Owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fidora Corp from any claims,
regulatory actions, investigations, lawsuits, damages, penalties, or legal expenses arising
from:

- Regulatory violations
- Investor losses or disputes
- Project abandonment or rug pulls
